Kaitlyn Kim
Middle School Religion

kaitlyn kim

Kaitlin graduated from St. Anthony School and continued her Catholic education at Chaminade University of Honolulu. She graduated in December 2018 with a degree in Elementary Education. Kaitlin has decided to return to her alma mater to teach at St. Anthony Middle School, Religion and Guidance.

This is her first year teaching. Although she has a degree in Elementary Education, she has grown to love middle school and the students in it. “Religion has always been a part of my life!” she said. “Being able to share my love for God with my students has given me the chance to grow closer to Him and to understand is plan for all of us.”

Kaitlin lives in Kahului with her parents. In her spare time, she spends time with her family and friends. She is hoping that one day she can start coaching volleyball and softball for the St. Anthony School. Kaitlin is very happy to be back and part of the St. Anthony School’s ‘Ohana.

"I’m thankful for the sense of community and cultural blending that was part of St. Anthony. Only after going to the mainland, did I appreciate how fortunate I was to have grown up in this setting."
