As we continue to assess this ever-changing situation regarding the impact of COVID-19 on our school ohana we are making the best decisions and preparing the best educational planning for our keiki in relationship to health, safety and providing for the continued faith-based quality education that St. Anthony school is known for.

→ Hawaii Pre-Health Career Corps (PHCC)
A free year-round program for high school and college students who are interested in pursuing careers in health. Its purpose is to increase awareness about health careers, provide mentoring, shadowing & research experiences, tutoring services, college/career navigating, and provide campus exposure to health careers. Congratulations to Junior Sean Cerizo who placed 1st in the Boys’ 50-Yard Freestyle event at the MIL Swimming and Diving Championships in Kihei this past Saturday. In addition to this 1st place finish, Sean also placed 2nd in the Boys’ Championship swim in the 100-yard Freestyle. Sean will compete in both of these events on Friday, February 14th – here on Maui – in the Hawaii State High School Swimming Championships.

HMSA Kaimana Scholarship
HMSA Kaimana Scholarship rewards seniors who not only excel academically and athletically but also in their communities through volunteer work. They award $5,000 scholarships to 15 students. The student must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75, and have participated in at least one sport in the MIL during high school. They must write a brief essay on their high school experience and plans post-graduation, submit 2 letters of recommendation from school faculty with their application, and submit an official transcript signed by an authorized school faculty.
Due date to apply: February 7, 2020 at 4 p.m.
