BECCA’S CLOSET

For those of you who attended the recent Prom meetings & needed more info on Becca's Closet. It will be open Feb. 6, Feb. 20, March 6 and March 20 at King Kekaulike High School upstairs in K Building from 9 a.m. till 12 noon. No appointment is necessary but all students must bring VALID HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT ID. Becca's Closet is the legacy of a 16 year old student from Florida named Rebecca Kirtman. She organized  a dress bank to provide dresses & accessories to girls who could not afford to purchase them. Kirtman was killed in a car accident in 2003, and her family & friends have grown her vision into an international charity. The dresses are given to those in need, but feel free to re-donate the dress or item when your child is done with it or better yet, if you have items that you can donate, please do so. Maui Plastics behind Kahului FedEx Kinkos accepts nice dresses, suits, tuxedo's & accessories.  For more info  check out, www.beccascloset.org or call Julia Rose 572-9637
