Step 1 - THE APPLICATION

Step 2 - THE ADMISSION TEST
Please contact Karen Orth to schedule our Admissions Test at your convenience.

 

Step 3 - FORMS FROM THE PRESENT SCHOOL
    •
Print, sign and return (2) TEACHER REFERENCE REPORTS
(Forms must be given to current English, Math, Science, or Social Science teacher)
    •
Print, sign and return (1) CONSENT FOR RELEASE OF INFORMATION
    •
To help expedite your request, we suggest providing a self addressed stamped envelope to each Teacher, Principal, or Counselor addressed to:

Step 4 - THE MOST RECENT ACADEMIC RECORDS
•
Copy of final report card for school year 2010-2011.
•
Copy of 1st semester report card for school year 2011-2012.

 

Step 5 - THE PERSONAL INTERVIEW
    •
 The Admissions Office will arrange for an interview following the admissions test.
