The Mission Effectiveness Team is a vital part of our school. Members of this team consist of faculty, staff, and administrators who take on the responsibilities of promoting the 5 Characteristics of Marianist Education within the school. This team is the core group of people that helps to direct the future of the school by providing ways in implementing new programs and making improvements to existing programs. Planning for the future is a very significant process therefore a 3 year plan is created and monitored by the MET The Marianist has provided many resources on how to improve the viability of the MET as leaders and ministers to the school. A Web site with endless resources on building the MET team is provided by the Marianist. Workshops are also given for the purpose of helping the MET educate their schools. The MET has provided academic assistance and also faith building experiences for their schools. Being part of a Marianist school involves the formation of the Family Spirit that involves our brother and sister schools through out the nation.
